The food and ambiance was great. We missed a few items in our order (salad, lemonade) but everything else came on time.

First time here for lunch on a Thursday. Prices for lunch are great. Everything was delicious. Love all the appetizers choices and food choices. Customers service was good too. They were attentive and friendly. The place is clean and big. You must try their sesame balls they are so delicious even after I was so full already I was stilling eating them! I recommend them to anyone who's craving Korean bbq. Will definitely visit again.

Nice staff, pretty well ventilated (after leaving, I'd rate the typical smoke smell on hair and clothes was only like a 4 out of 10, with 10 being the worst I've experienced haha). Sides were good but really small serving, had to keep asking for more of our favorites (cucumber and sliced radish circles). Meats were good, got the cheapest option and stuck with rotation of about 5 types of beef. Trendy, spacious vibe inside. Only critique is it was very dark and hard to see where the meats cooking, would be great if there was more lighting somehow over the grill but I get it, the suction vent was only inches over the grill or else more smoke would be attacking our faces. Overall, would be back.

My friend recommended Daikon Korean BBQ when I said I wanted Korean BBQ. I'm from Alabama and we don't yet have true Korean BBQ. This dining experience is unlike any others I've had. It's all you can eat but not a buffet. You cook your own food for your entree. You choose from 2 appetizers, 3 sides, and 3 proteins. My friend and I chose lemon pepper wings and dumpling for sides. We got rice, assorted vegetables, and mushrooms for sides. Our proteins were pork belly, chicken, and beef bulgogi. We added spicy bulgogi as well. Most of the food came to our table from this server robot with an automated voice. We would get our food and there is a grill at the center of the table. The human server lit grill and we proceeded to put or meat and vegetables on the grill. It took a little time for the process to hit me. I'm not used to cooking my own food at a restaurant but it was fun. I really enjoyed that experience. We got to cook the food to our liking and the end result was satisfying. The meats were seasoned well and didn't taste too salty at all. We enjoyed everything we had. This was the best Korean BBQ I've had.

Daikon is my fav kbbq spot in the Sacramento area! I've tried over about 5 other kbbq restaurants around here, but always go back to Daikon. Our go to meats are the brisket, beef belly, pork jowl, and bulgogi. Most of the time these are all solid! For the appetizers, the must gets are the cheese corn and the steamed egg. The cheese corn can be hit or miss because sometimes the cheese doesn't mix well, but regardless, the corn is always sweet. The steamed egg is always soo fluffy and perfectly flavored/seasoned! Their spicy ramen and seasoned fries are pretty good too if we're craving them. I like how lettuce wraps are not an extra charge here unlike a lot of places!! It comes with ssamjang as well. We like to ask for garlic on the side too, which they're very generous with. The wait can definitely get long here, especially on the weekends. Usually for a party of 3-4, we expect to wait 45-60 mins for dinner. They have a waitlist that you sign into at the restaurant and they text you when your table is ready. The servers here are great and super nice!! Shout out to our fav server Nick who always remembers our order each time we come back :') If you come on your birthday, you get to spin a wheel where you can win some freebies! My friend got a free shot glass and another got some money off of her meal.

Spin the Birthday Wheel for a prize +/- 1 day of your actual birthday! Came in as a party of six for my Capricorn season birthday Premium AYCE, another rainy weeknight dinner. Got a long table with two grills, served by the robocat that sounds like Dora the Explorer and human servers as well. As the drill goes, rounds of food came out pretty quick, grill changes as needed, and everything was tasty. Non-KBBQ: Rice paper, japchae, lettuce wraps, rice, dumplings, lemon pepper wings, salt and pepper chicken wings, seasoned fries, cheese corn, sesame balls. Some of us also shared a carafe of flavored soju. KBBQ: LA galbi, garlic pork belly, calamari steak, pork jowls, brisket, beef belly, spicy bulgogi, boneless shortribs... So about that birthday wheel...I spun and landed on a mug, which they were out of, so they let me spin again. I landed on a free AYCE to be claimed within 30 days! Hell yeah! Chellebrate all birthday month long! Thanks to the worker up front who took our group photo for us too. I did return at the end of January with a different party of 5, always a great time.

One of my favorite spots for Korean BBQ! I went here around 2:30 pm with a party of 5 and we were seated right away. We got the premium ACYE and were happily satisfied. We ordered the brisket, Hawaiian steak, la galbi (marinated bone-in short ribs), bulgogi and spicy bulgogi to cook on the grill. We ordered 3 meats at each round and we had a total of four rounds. We also had two orders of the fried dumplings, cheese corn, lemon pepper wings, japchae, rice and rice paper. Some of our orders were served to use on a robot! Our server was nice and checked in on us repeatedly. I appreciated how clean it was inside and it was not too loud. Only downside was that we had to keep asking and reminding them for stuff. For instance, we asked at least 5 times for forks from different servers and they all seemed to forget. It was located in nice plaza with ample parking. I would definitely recommend this location and I would like to return again. It is great for any size party!

Not bad Korean BBQ place. Renovation inside is quite clean and modern. There is a short wait even on non-busy days. There is a bar in the front where you can order cocktail while you wait for a seat. The price is a bit high. Food quality is ok. The ambiance is really good, with smoke vents close to the table from the ceiling, for each table. Service is not bad. Overall, a good place to go for Korean BBQ
